Select
a cottage to suit your needs, Large cottages have three bedrooms for up to six
persons, Medium cottages have two bedrooms for up to four persons and Small are one bedroom cottages for up to two persons.
Special Weekly/Monthly rates
available on request.
Overseas visitors welcome.
Avoid paying high coastal prices, use one of our cottages as a base from
which to tour the Western Cape, DISCOUNTS UP TO 50% for long stays. Book well in advance to secure a cottage.
PETS WELCOME IN SOME COTTAGES. ENQUIRE AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Features.
All you require for a private and luxurious self catering holiday .
The turn of the century, individual character cottages are set in their own
walled or fenced gardens. All beds are provided with tastefully selected linen.
Kitchens have a selection of stoves, micro-wave ovens, toasters, electric frying
pans,
'fridge/freezers, crockery and cutlery
according to the size of cottage.
The gardens have braais and grids, fuel can be bought in the village.
Please bring your own personal towels. (Provided to contract/travellers)
All efforts will be made to provide the nominated cottage but we reserve the
right to substitute an equivalent or better if circumstances dictate.
Pets under control are welcome but not in all cottages. Please check at
reservation time.

Standard Rates (Weekends and
School Holidays)
Minimum booking two nights. A Deposit of 50% of total secures.
CREDIT CARDS . Sorry , we no longer accept credit cards.
PREMIUM TARIFF: LONG WEEK-ENDS, BLOCK BOOKINGS ONLY.
Example: Easter, 4 night minimum.
Bookings secured by a deposit of 50% of
total amount.
Deposits and/or pre-payments will be refunded according to the following guide:
a) Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival. Forfeit full
deposit/pre-payment
b) Cancellations 10 to 20 days prior. Forfeit 75% of deposit/pre-payment
We will endeavour to re-book a cottage for the booked period and where possible
a credit will be issued.
A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunded amounts
On day of departure:
Cottages are to be vacated by 10h30 unless alternate arrangements have
been made.
Deposit payments may be made by bank deposit, cheque, or postal order. We regret
that we do not accept credit cards, Travellers cheques or foreign currency.
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage whilst on the premises.
Management and staff or any other person associated with Cynthia's Country
Cottages will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness
incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or
property of the owners of Cynthia's Country Cottages
